Why Assurconseils was created ?

Over the years, the world of insurance has continued to evolve. Insurers’ margins have shrunk, the market has become saturated and, in order to meet ever more ambitious targets, insurance companies have turned away from their primary objective: to provide the best possible service to their customers. They have thus often sacrificed this value on the altar of profitability exacerbated by shareholders who are always on the lookout for growth.

Assurconseils is committed to correcting these imbalances. Each situation is treated with the utmost attention, guaranteeing our clients informed advice and an objective and sustained defence of their rights in the event of a dispute with their insurance company.

As we are not commissioned by insurance companies, Assurconseils will defend you with complete objectivity and transparency. By creating this new model, we are changing the rules in the hushed world of insurance and responding to an urgent need to restore trust.

Working at the heart of an anti-fraud department made me realize that not everything is black and white. I saw that sometimes policyholders were wronged because of a lack of serious advice and the pressure put on advisers or claims managers.

After a 19-year career in the field of investigations, first among a criminal police department then for the federal department of police, I joined a special investigation unit in a big insurance company and worked for there 10 years.

Wanting to master my new field, I first trained as a private client advisor. Subsequently, I wanted to broaden my knowledge and passed the insurance intermediary certification before taking the training course for the Brevet Fédéral en Assurances privées, demonstrating my commitment to staying constantly abreast of developments in the sector.
