Claims management

HELPSINISTRE, our specialist claims management unit, is there to support you, whatever your problem. We understand the unique challenges that businesses face, whether it’s a conflicting or non-conflicting claim, a sensitive or standard claim. We understand that every business is unique, with its own specific challenges, which is why our expertise goes beyond simple claims management.

We know that many of our customers are unfamiliar with the complex world of insurance, with its own rules and nuances. Unfortunately, this lack of knowledge is sometimes exploited by insurance companies. They may try to reduce benefits in the hope that the customer does not have the knowledge or confidence to challenge the decisions taken.
What we offer is much more than simple administrative claims management

All our services have a clear action plan
